Brain Waste to Brain Gain.

Sweden is one of the countries in Europe that wastes the most immigrant knowledge. We want to change that that qualified people do not get the chance to contribute their skills to the labor market, which hinders growth in the entire society.

Garden of Talents sees a future where employers discover exceptional talents. Where talents, regardless of background, are given opportunities to contribute their unique skills to the labor market. This drives innovation and growth for both companies and the entire society. By bridging the gap between employers and talents in a new and effective way. And new contacts are made from both sides.

Each talent is a member and undergoes in-depth training, to sharpen the talents’ professional profile. The program ends with a Job Connect show, where employers are invited to make contact and take part in the talents’ pitches.

In Talent Gallery, talents expose both their professional expertise and their personality. All to give employers clear and simple information about each individual talent.

In Job Inclusion, we work directly with workplaces with, among other things, cultural awareness and onboarding of new talents. This is an important part of turning Brian Waste to Brain Gain.

Garden of Talents follows the EU’s sustainability goals where every individual and business is given the opportunity to grow together for a prosperous society.
