Rajarshi (known more by Raj)  helps organizations succeed in transformation by focusing on what most overlook—the human system.

From early setbacks to leading large-scale Agile initiatives, his journey is built on resilience and reinvention. Having worked across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the USA, and Europe, he brings a strong global perspective and cultural intelligence. Since 2019, Sweden is home.

With 20+ years across telecom and automotive, he combines Agile coaching, AI, and behavioral insights to solve complex enterprise challenges. He started the Agile Center of Excellence at Ericsson India as part of a 5-member team and helped grow it to 250+ professionals. He is also the first in the Nordic region to be a certified trainer in Project, Program, and Portfolio Governance.

His work makes invisible factors-like emotional intelligence, conflict behavior, and psychological safety, measurable and actionable through AI-driven assessments.
